The National Beta Club is an organization for 9th -12th grade students whose purpose is to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, leadership and service. Headquartered in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the organization has more than 8,750 clubs nationally and internationally.
Who can join?
The club is open to all WCHS students with a 3.5 GPA or higher who also possess great character, a passion for giving back to the community, and leadership skills. The application deadline for fall, 2019 has been extended to Friday, Sept. 4.
Fees:
Beta members pay a one time fee of $15.00 for national dues and $15.00 each year for local dues.
Each member will receive a club shirt to wear to club meetings and Beta-sponsored events.
