Meet Mrs. Crump:

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! My name is Mrs. Crump and I am a co-principal for Wolfe City Elementary. This is my 22nd year in education, where the last six years have been spent as a Dyslexia Therapist, and my first year as an administrator. I graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2022 I graduated from Midwestern State University with a Master of Special Education: Dyslexia emphasis. I just recently finished my principal certification through Texas A & M-Commerce. I have been married to my husband, Timmy, for 21 years. We have two sons, Ashton is a graduate of WCHS and Riley is an 10th grader at WCHS.

My name is Melia Garner, and I am honored to serve as the co-principal at Wolfe City Elementary. I look forward to serving the students, staff, and community for the 2024-2025 school year.

This year I began my 21st year in education with 18 of those  years as a classroom teacher. My background ranges from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade as well as Special Education. I feel that my experiences in various grade levels have greatly prepared me for the opportunity to support and grow each student.

I have been married to my husband Darrin for 24 years. We have three children who attend WCISD, and  I could not ask for a better school district for me and our children.

As a former student of Wolfe City ISD, I fully embrace the importance of this campus. I value community, tradition, and relationship building, and plan to instill these values in my students and teachers. It is my hope that my love and passion for this school district will be evident as I continue to serve this  community.
