Dear Parents,
I hope this letter finds you and your family well. As the end of the school year is drawing closer and we are approaching summer break, there are a few things you need to know regarding sports physicals for next year. Hunt Regional Healthcare and Wolfe City ISD are collaborating to provide FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS this year for our athletes. We are very appreciative of Hunt Regional Healthcare for this partnership with our athletic program. We encourage all athletes to utilize this tremendous convenience provided to our young athletes and their families.
According to UIL guidelines for the 2023-24 school year, all WCISD students entering the 7th-12th grade, that are planning on participating in athletics or marching band, must have a Pre-Participation Physical Examination (PPE) as well as complete the medical history form prior to participation in any UIL practices, games, performances, or matches for the 2023-24 school year.
Physicals will be on Monday, May 22nd, 8:30am - 11:30am at the High School.
Athletes must turn in their completed UIL physical and medical history forms to their coach no later than Wednesday, May 17th, in order to be registered for their free physical. Paperwork is included in this packet.
Athletes that are unable to attend our free physical day, are welcome to go to Hunt Regional Urgent Care, 3206 I-30W, Ste. B in Greenville next to Academy Sports and have their physical done for a flat fee of $25.

“A few reminders for field day tomorrow! The fire trucks will be spraying the kids at the end of field day so please bring extra clothes, wear sunscreen, the food truck is CASH only, and you must have a valid ID to enter field day.”
Tomorrow Papa's Cowboy Kitchen will be serving Ranch House Burger Baskets for this weeks Food Truck Friday! They will be set up down at the WCISD Park off Manson St. All baskets will come with hand cut fries and a drink for $10- CASH ONLY! Come down tomorrow between 10:30 AM-1:30 PM and help us support this local business. #FoodTruckFriYAY

Wolfe City Elementary is having a talent show! Try outs will be held afterschool Monday May 15, 2023! All K-5 students are welcome to participate.
