Thursday, May 14th 8:00AM at WCMS. Hunt Regional Healthcare is offering FREE Physicals to our athletes & band students. This is REQUIRED for incoming 7th, 9th, & 11th graders. Your child was given an athletic packet that must be signed by the student & parent prior to physical.

At Monday’s school board meeting, our academic calendar was amended at the request of district leadership. These updates were made with the goal of better supporting our students’ success and overall academic experience.
Please review the following changes:
New Teacher Orientation Day: July 30
Start time adjusted from 7:35 a.m. to 7:45 (Elementary/Middle School) 7:50 a.m. (High School) (consistent with this past year)
Two Professional Development Days have been converted to Instructional Days to better prepare for STAAR exams
Two Professional Development Days have been replaced with a student/teacher holidays for Monday, August 17 and Monday, April 19
We appreciate your continued support and partnership in your child’s education.
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to our school community. Let’s finish this school year strong!
