Welcome to Wolfe City Middle School; I am proud to serve as your principal. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University in 2006 and later earned a Master of Science degree in Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I attended Wolfe City ISD from kindergarten through twelfth grade and see this as an opportunity to come home and make a difference in the community that helped shape who I am today. I am a proud graduate of the Wolfe City Class of 2002. I have been in education for eighteen years, ten of those at the secondary level. Of those ten, I served as a secondary assistant principal for the last five. I am a proud mother of two wonderful children who also attend WCISD.
I am honored to have the opportunity to work with an amazing staff and student body. My desire to achieve success at all levels and instill positive relationships in the lives of students will go unmatched. I believe our job as educators is to be a champion for students by reaching every kid, every day.
I will implement and promote a positive learning environment that ensures academic growth among all students in all areas. I will work cooperatively with all stakeholders to encourage a cohesive environment for staff, students, and families. My background in education and administration, ability to assimilate new ideas and concepts, and dedication to children will be the foundation to work together to ensure every student reaches their fullest potential. I believe that education is the key to our society’s success, and my goal is to have a positive impact on the lives of children by building relationships and holding high expectations.
Doing Better for Every Kid, Every Day.
